Hi,

Im Alice and I'm about to change your life, but lets face it no good success story started with a lie so here we go, I can't promise I’m the most experienced trainer and that there aren’t 100’s of others with more years under there belts than me! But what I can promise you is that I will do everything in my power to get you to where you want to be! ‘But Alice Why are you so certain?’, I can tell you why and thats because I am YOU just a few years ahead!.

 I am learning new things everyday and want to share my knowledge to educate and empower you to be confident and comfortable in your own skin!

I have chosen mobile training as i want to give individuals who cant or don't have access to gyms or equipment the platform to achieve greatness within themselves to! Our situations can sometimes halt us doing things we want to do so i strive to accommodate making training accessible for you.

My Why for being in this Job? 

To make every client walk away feeling confident , empowered, happy and healthy. My ethos is that if I can make just one person a day feel better within themselves then it’s all been worth it! I look forward to working with you.
